Simple to host webinars

Used WebinarGeek for a live event. Setup was quick. Screen sharing worked well. Attendees had no issues joining. Got the recording right after. Good tool, did what I needed.

Mostly positive, one small snag

I tried WebinarGeek for a series of on-demand webinars for my team, and it handled them well. The custom branding option was great, and the analytics dashboard gave me good insights. I appreciated the multi-presenter support too, made things easier for our internal training. The only minor thing was that setting up the CRM integration took a little longer than I expected; the instructions could have been clearer there. But once it was done, it worked fine. Overall, a solid platform for the price, and it met most of my needs.

Great value for annual plan

As a first-time user, I was really looking for the best deal. I signed up for the 14-day free trial first, which was helpful to test everything out. Then, I saw they had a 20% off yearly plan. That made the annual billing super worth it. I got all the features I needed for my automated webinars, like the follow-up emails and analytics, and saved a good chunk of money compared to paying monthly. Felt like a smart purchase for sure.

Good for my small business

I used WebinarGeek for a live webinar last month and it was pretty easy to set up. I really liked the live chat feature; it helped me connect with attendees. The registration pages looked good too. It was a smooth experience overall, no real hitches. I definitely plan to use it again soon.

Does WebinarGeek have a free trial so I can test out the features before committing to a plan?

Hey, wondering about the yearly plan discount. Is it always 20% off or do they sometimes do bigger sales?

J Julia J. 2 months ago
Yeah, I think 20% off for annual is pretty standard. That's what I got when I signed up last year.

They do have bigger sales sometimes, like around Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Keep an eye out then, but 20% is the usual saving for annual billing.

Can I integrate WebinarGeek with my CRM or other marketing automation tools?

A Alex 2 months ago
Yup, they've got Zapier integration, so you can connect it with a ton of other apps, including most CRMs. I use it with ActiveCampaign.

They mention CRM integrations and API access, so it should be pretty flexible for getting your data where it needs to go.

how does this compare to livestorm? mainly looking for something easy to use with good marketing tools.

D David W. 2 months ago
From what I've seen, WebinarGeek's pretty strong on marketing stuff and it's super intuitive. I tried Livestorm before this and found WG a bit more straightforward for setting up registration pages and emails.

Both are good, but WG definitely focuses on ease of use. If you're big on lead gen and follow-ups without a steep learning curve, you'll probably like this one.
